"Define Your Path" Initiative

Program Overview: "Define Your Path" is an innovative volunteer program by the Be the Change Foundation, designed to empower K-12 students to channel their passions into meaningful community projects. With a special focus on personal development and social impact, this initiative encourages young individuals to conceive and implement their own volunteering solutions with guidance from leaders in various fields.

Kick-off Event with Professor Eesley: Join us on January 12 for a transformative session with Stanford Professor Eesley, who will discuss how to discover your passions and turn them into actionable volunteering programs. This kick-off will inspire and equip you with the tools to design a volunteering initiative that aligns with your interests and aspirations.

Program Goals:

Educate students about self-initiative and leadership through volunteerism.

Encourage creativity and problem-solving in addressing community issues.

Foster a spirit of entrepreneurship and social responsibility among the youth.

Parental Involvement: We strongly encourage the involvement of parents in this journey. As part of the registration process, we ask parents to:

Contribute funding to support the foundation’s community initiatives.

Dedicate time to participate in parenting training sessions designed to equip them with the skills to support their children's volunteering projects effectively.

Grow together with your kids. Build strong bounding. Personal and professional growth of parents, 

Registration Details:

Attend the Kick-off Session: Register via our website to secure a spot at the initial event with Professor Eesley.

Proposal Submission: Following the session, submit your volunteering program proposal through our online form. Include details such as the objectives, anticipated impact, resources needed, and a preliminary action plan.

Parental Participation: During registration, details will be provided on how parents can donate and register for the parenting training sessions.

Training and Support: Participants will receive ongoing mentorship from experts and access to resources necessary for successful project implementation. This includes training in project management, public speaking, and effective communication, ensuring that all volunteers are well-prepared to lead their initiatives.

Proposal Submission Deadline: February 15

Review and Approval Process: February 16 - March 15

Program Launch: April 1
